Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain, clean and run process equipment on a daily basis
• Blend raw materials and perform post-processing break-out and clean-up instrumentation components 
• Assembly of device components, cleaning and final inspection
• Packaging, labeling and production area housekeeping
• Maintain proper spare parts and tooling inventory
• Perform timely and accurate transactions of workflow in ERP system
• Create DHRs and WOs as required to support sub-assembly production
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, variance investigation and reconciliation 
• Assist in performing required process capability studies, equipment installation qualifications, and process validation
• Assist in the investigation and implementation of corrective actions on product and process failures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety regulations, personal protective equipment requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Good Manufacturing Procedures
• Interface with vendors to seek solutions for equipment repairs and refurbishment.
• Responsible for upkeep of manufacturing areas and provide a clean and safe work environment
• Review all manufacturing documentation, assembly, inspection, test, packaging procedures and provide feedback
• Coverage of shipping/receiving/stockroom as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent; Technical education preferred
• 2+ years work experience in a medical device and/or regulated environment
• Familiarity with Oracle (or equivalent) ERP systems and Microsoft Office Applications
• Familiar with ISO Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated English reading and writing skills
• Shipping/receiving/stockroom experience a plus

Our client, a dynamic, growing company, is currently seeking a Quality Inspector to be responsible for quality inspection /quality assurance activities. This includes interpretation and implementation of quality standards to routine inspection/testing and manufacturing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·           Inspect incoming, in-process, finished parts, and materials for conformance to quality control standards.

·           Must be able to perform 100% inspections on First Articles and final inspections.

·           Initiate and participate in resolution of non-conformance reports (NCMR's).

·           Internal auditing

·           DCO generation

·           Knowledge of tool calibration and tracking of tools

·           Administration of various Quality system elements; NCMR log, etc.

·           Conduct incoming, in-process and final product inspections per company procedures

·           Inspect, sample and perform physical/visual inspections on components per standard procedures

·           Segregate / control non-conforming materials

·           Maintain inspection files

·           Review and maintain Device History Records

·           Responsible for final product release sign-off

·           Identify potential non-compliances/improvements in the inspection/manufacturing area and initiate document change orders as required

·           Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

·           HS Diploma, Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience

·           3+ years' experience performing inspection within a FDA or other regulated environment

·           Proficient in Word and Excel

·           Thorough understanding of cGMP, ISO 13485

·           Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

·           Oracle experience a plus

·           GD&T certification a plus

Skills, Abilities, Competencies Required: 

·           20/20 vision required with or without corrective lenses

·           Manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment of different sizes

·           Proficient in the use of hand measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and fixing injection molding equipment.  Also, must have some familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and be able to read blueprints.  There is some overtime expected.  This is a 7:00am-3:30pm position.

Our client, a dynamic high-technology firm, is seeking a talented technician to join its team. This opportunity will include working with hardware engineering teams to develop, fabricate, evaluate and test antennas and related hardware components.  

Responsibilities

• Work in small teams of engineers and technicians to rapidly develop and customize antennas and related products.​
• Fabrication of antenna and RF components using shop machines, and hand tools
• Test and measurement of prototype and production equipment including antennas and RF components, troubleshooting system issues, etc.
• Develop and follow test procedures, record results and capture characterization data for product design verification
• Assist with installations, equipment trials, equipment assembly and demonstrations.

Requirements

• General understanding of antenna design
• Familiarity with RF test equipment, including RF Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Noise Figure Meter, etc. Demonstrated RF test and measurement skills
• Familiarity with CAD tools, such as AutoCad or similar
• Familiarity with RF and electronic circuit fabrication, including microstrip circuit layout and fab, microwave circuit assembly, soldering, and RF assembly techniques, is a plus
• Proficiency in troubleshooting at the system, PCB, and component levels
• Enjoy hands-on work, detail-oriented and exhibit a high mechanical aptitude
• Must be a team player and posses succinct communication skills

Education Requirements

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace, Energy and Aviation industry is in need of a Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will be extremely hands on and will have worked with large industrial machinery.  Candidates should have both a mechanical and electrical background.

A journeyman's license is a plus, but not required. Candidates must have experience with machine build-up and be willing to be on call as this is a 24-hour facility. Our client is seeking someone who has interacted with vendors for machine parts and who can work in a large machine shop environment. This is a contract-to-direct position. A small high-tech manufacturing company is seeking an electro-mechanical assembly technician to perform a variety of electronics and electro-mechanical assembly, fabrication and testing tasks under supervision of a Production Engineer.

The successful candidate must have excellent soldering and electro-mechanical assembly skills. They must have the ability to work on precision assemblies, to inspect their own work, to perform routine testing tasks, and to record test data. Inspection and QC experience are highly desirable. Experience with basic machine tools, and the ability to read circuit schematics and engineering drawings are also desirable. 

Candidates must be able to work accurately and quickly and should have very good oral and written communication skills.
