We understand how inconvenient it can be to pick up a payroll check or to wait for mail delivery. As a service to all our employees, Triad offers direct deposit of payroll checks into your bank account. Our payroll is issued weekly. For those employees on direct deposit, funds are posted to most accounts on Thursdays; however, the exact date of deposit is dependent upon your bank's posting of the funds to your account.

If you are already a Triad employee and would like to enroll in our Direct Deposit plan, simply download and complete the form below, attach a voided check or deposit slip, and fax it to our payroll office at 781-273-1977. Your payroll checks will begin direct deposit within two weeks (two paydays) after we receive your form.
