The recruitment process begins with your company culture and organization information. Why is your technical position open? Where will a job seeker fit in your organizational structure? What enables a positive experience for both employer and employee?

To present qualified candidates who are best-suited to your company culture and needs, we discuss these critical questions and any other details you think will be helpful to us as we screen candidates.
Describe Job Requirements and Description
What job requirements will your ideal candidate be responsible for on a day-to day basis? To establish what a “typical day” will look like, we review the job description in detail with you. If you don’t already have a formal job description, we will create one based on our discussions. We also review job requirements in terms of both technological experience and industry/market experience.
Our full understanding of your firm and open position plus our deep knowledge of the local job market enables us to accurately inform and advise you regarding candidate availability and salary ranges.
Identify Ideal Candidates
We identify only ideal candidates and don’t waste your time or resources. Our direct placement services ensure that you receive only the resumes of quality candidates who fit your open position.
We place many “job seekers” who begin as passive candidates. This means that they’re not actively seeking new opportunities on job boards nor searching LinkedIn for open positions. Provide Direct Placement Services

Once we identify and carefully screen a candidate, we will provide you with their resume to review. Whether you elect to speak with the candidate over the phone, conduct a virtual Teams or Zoom meeting, or meet in person to further explore their fit, we will coordinate the details.
You decide how the interview phase proceeds. We are happy to advise you based on your needs and our experience, but the specifics are up to you.
After you identify a candidate to whom you would like to extend an offer, we serve as a trusted intermediary to facilitate salary and benefit negotiations.
Gain Qualified Candidates
The hiring cycle typically lasts from three to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the search and the availability of your hiring managers to conduct interviews. The vast majority of our candidates are currently working, so they’re generally available to start following a customary two week notice to their current employer.
Private placement opportunities afford employers and candidates a positive experience, as positions are notpublicly advertised and allow for selectivity by both parties.
The Direct Hire Agreement
Our direct hire agreement is brief and uncomplicated. If you would like our expert recruiters to identify quality candidates for your technical positions, we will execute a short agreement between our firms. This agreement defines the placement fee as a percentage of the estimated first year compensation of the candidate you hire.
Even after signing this agreement, you are under no obligation to hire a candidate we refer. You make the hiring decision and our fee is earned only if or when you hire a candidate whom we referred.
