Production Planner

Our client, a recognized quality leader in its field, is seeking an experienced, detail orientated Production Planner to join their successful team!

Responsibilities will include:

• Schedule usage of production materials to ensure production levels
• Monitor material flow & identify any shortages
• Identify & resolve any issues relating to inventory
• Manage & develop warehouse team (recruiting & training)
• Maintain MPS (Master Production Schedule)

Background profile:

• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• Must have experience using MRP systems
• Proficient in MS Office, particular Excel
• Experience with Bill of Material
• Excellent people & supervisory skills
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience a plus
• APICS courses a plus
