Project Manager / Engineer

Our client is seeking a Project Manager / Engineer to join their very busy and growing team northwest of Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or construction management background and have hands-on experience out in the field. To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience planning, scheduling, preparing submittals, and tracking expenses. This is a high-profile role where the Project Manager / Engineer will interface with the client frequently, sharing progress updates and solving any problems as they arise.
The selected candidate must also be very detail-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Candidates must also be able to travel to job sites on a regular basis (most are local within a 3-hour radius). Project Manager / Engineer Additional Requirements and Responsibilities:
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Project Engineering, or Construction Management is strongly preferred. Non-degreed individuals with strong project management abilities will also be considered.
• The ability to use and navigate AutoCAD 2D or willingness to learn
• Experience with material handling, construction or steel fabrication is beneficial
