Supply Chain Manager

Our client has an immediate need for a Supply Chain Manager to supervise the flow of goods, import/export documents and resources, as well as the information required to ensure that goods move across locations and services in a cost effective and continuous manner.

The Supply Chain Manager will also ensure that orders are delivered on time and suppliers are ready to support the demand. To be successful in this role, the selected candidate will review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performances and coach purchasing agents while supporting the Quality Team in the development of vendors and performance improvement. They will also define inventory strategies and action plans to support targets and also produce and deliver regular inventory performance presentations. They Supply Chain Manager will also address any issues relating to the delivery, quality or pricing of the supplies are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner.

This is a very important role that will support our client’s growing quality team. A Bachelor’s degree, a APICS CPIM certification and strong Excel skills are highly desired.
