A Technical Recruiting Firm with a Local Engineering Focus

As a Massachusetts-based technical recruiting firm focusing on the local market for almost 50 years, TRIAD Engineering has developed long-term relationships with hiring managers at growing, dynamic firms throughout the eastern New England region. We work only with companies in this region, so we are able to spend considerable time nurturing existing relationships and developing new contacts with key technical and human resources managers at companies near where you live.

Our Recruiting Staff

Each of our recruiters has many years of experience successfully matching engineers, design/drafters, and R&D technicians with exciting local opportunities. They understand the technology with which you work, and are certified by the American Staffing Association (ASA) as “Technical Services Certified”. To achieve such certification, our recruiters have passed a rigorous exam pertaining to both federal and state employment law, and have committed to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards of the staffing industry. We will never submit your resume for an opportunity for which you have not specifically authorized.

With our engineering recruiting expertise and strong ties to local engineering firms, we truly are “Experts in our Field”.
